JoAnn Quigg, P.E.

Project Engineer

JoAnn Quigg came to Wilson Engineering straight out of college in 1994 and never left. She began as a construction inspector and, since 1996, has served in the capacity of a Project Engineer. JoAnn serves our clients by providing Owner’s Representative & Project Management services, Quality Acceptance & Inspection services, and Materials Testing services.

JoAnn has managed many projects including roadway reconstructions, subdivisions, airport projects, water and sewer systems, and harbors projects, and is probably best known for her involvement in many downtown Juneau street reconstruction projects. Her inspection and testing experience includes asphalt, concrete, aggregate & soils testing, pile driving, blasting, public utilities, SFRM fireproofing, drilling & tensioning rock anchors, SWPPP inspections, and hazardous material clean-up.

JoAnn enjoys the challenges of thinking on her feet when something unexpected arises in a project, as always seems to happen, and being involved in a project from start to finish. JoAnn works hard to provide our clients with quality work, utilizing knowledge from over 30 years in the construction industry.

Outside of work, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog at their cabin in Gustavus; trail running; skiing; playing, coaching, & reffing soccer; playing basketball; and enjoying the vast number of outdoor activities in Southeast Alaska.
